Call me strange but I don't mind going to the dentist at all. I have never been frightened of getting anything done to my teeth. That being said, I am particular on the cleanliness of the office and being treated well by the staff. I was referred here by a friend for a second opinion on the cavities I had. Every dentists I've been to, they ALWAYS try to sell me more than what I really need (ie: telling me I need cleaning 3 times a year instead of two because my insurance only covers two, or to get oral cancer scanning because its crucial and of course my insurance doesn't cover this, having to get a root canal even when I really didn't need one but I was too young to know). I'm so annoyed at myself for always getting tricked into their "professional" schemes.
I'm really sick of getting scammed by dishonest dentists so I decided to check out this office since my friend recommended me. I didn't have an appointment but was able to get checked out right away. It didn't take too long for the exam and I was treated very nice by the staff members.

Overall: his staff members were very friendly, the office is clean, and most importantly, he knows what he's talking about and wouldn't waste your time and money.
I was recently referred to this dentist for my 4 year old daughter who had several cavities. She was so frightened but the dentists were very patient and understanding. I was also able to be in the same room with her and monitor the treatment she was receiving. I recommend any parent to bring their child here.

I seen reviews of this place before I came while looking for a new dentist , I’ve been here 3 times for my son and they always do there best to make parents feel comfortable and even if the child’s giving a hard time they take there time and are patient with them . I’m glad I switched dentists. 🙂
I came in this clinic for an emergency wisdom tooth infection and they were great. I didn’t have to wait too long. The process was quick all the staff was nice and Veronica was especially helpful. My antibiotics got stolen and I returned to the office again without an appointment and I was taken care of. That goes to show that their excellent service was not just a one time thing.
Ime and my two children been patient for Pacific dental center about 9 years,as so far I get treated respectfully and well they do a great job in the cleaning and also my kids get excited getting a gift after in the end of their treatment I guarantee with the customer service! 💕💯👌 👨🏻⚕️
